Erin Williams- Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, I’m Erin! I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Smile Arkansas. I have been with Smile Arkansas since 2019. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith; however, I call Benton home! My goal as a hygienist is to educate my patients on their oral health and help them wear their healthiest smile. I always do my best to make our patients as comfortable as possible and provide a gentle yet thorough dental cleaning experience! I am an active member and currently serve on the board of the Arkansas Dental Hygiene Association where I continue to be a lifelong learner and advocate for my profession. Outside of the dental office my husband Trevor and I enjoy spending time with our son Truett and two fur babies, Charlie and Tux. I spend most weekends at Lake Ouachita with my family, love traveling to any tropical place, cooking and reading any good book!

Deanne Wallace- Office Manager

I am Dr. Zehtaban’s office manager, and I enjoy helping patients with all their dental needs. Whether it’s your first phone call or scheduling as an established patient, I am very professional and welcoming. I genuinely treat all patients with respect and strive to make your visit to Smile Arkansas a very pleasant experience! I have fifteen years of experience working in the dental field. I handle the administrative needs of the clinic, synchronize your care with specialized referrals, and keep the office running smoothly. I am a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and enjoy continuing to grow professionally. I enjoy interacting with patients and helping them with their scheduling and coordinating needs. I am a graduate of the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton and attended the University of Central Arkansas, majoring in English. I reside in Little Rock. When not working, I can be found spending time with my spouse, cat, children, and grandchildren. My children are spread across the world so most of my free time is spent on my much-loved hobby: reading. I have always had a voracious reader of all genres of literature. I love to travel also and have had the opportunity to visit many countries.

Miranda Davis- Registered Dental Assistant

With 7 years of experience as a dental assistant, I strive to bring both skill and heart to every appointment. I have a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. I believe in positive energy and a sense of humor—a little laughter goes a long way in creating a great dental experience. Outside the office, I enjoy listening to music and spending time with my two children and finding ways to make life fun and meaningful.

Yahaira Esquivel – Registered Dental Assistant

Hi, I’m Yahaira! With over nine years of experience as a dental assistant, I began my career in pediatric dentistry—a field that was both rewarding and fulfilling. In 2021, I joined the team at Smile Arkansas, where I found a new passion: assisting in smile makeover cases. I love being part of each patient’s transformation journey and seeing the confidence return not just in their smile, but in their eyes. I strive to be a calming presence for our patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during every visit. Originally from Arizona, I now proudly call Hot Springs, AR home. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Carlos, and our two fur babies, PK and Goldie. I also love to travel, try new foods, and take a good nap whenever I can!

Becca Dycus- Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi! I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 10 years of experience helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their oral health. England, AR is where I call home, but I live in Ward, where I’m raising my three wonderful kids who are the heart of my world. I truly love caring for and educating my patients. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel at ease in the dental chair—especially if they’ve had fears in the past. With a gentle touch, a listening ear, and a calm approach, I do everything I can to make each visit a positive experience. If dental anxiety has ever held you back, I’m here to help you overcome it. Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my kiddos, exploring the outdoors, and simply enjoying life to the fullest. Whether we’re playing, or just soaking in the little moments, I believe life is meant to be lived with joy— and I bring that same energy to my workplace each day.
